Olá!
In a nutshell, I'm a lifestyle photographer (and a videographer, film lover, mom, wife, etc.) based in Belleville, ON.
Born and raised in Brazil. Got my degree in Photography in 2017, and right after moved here to study filmmaking and experience new cultures and perspectives.
I slowly became a photographer, without even realizing it. One day, when I was 18, it finally came to me: I love taking pictures! I'd been taking pictures of myself since I was 8 or 9 when my mom got our first digital camera. From that point on, I have always documented my and my loved ones' lives around me, by taking pictures. ''I should be a photographer!'' I thought. And to school, I went. University blew my mind, and I fell in love with photography as an art form, I fell in love with studying images, concepts, meanings, interpretations, etc.
ABOUT
Photography is a gift of time and memory. And mainly, love. We photograph who and what we love. Our new baby, our dog, the amazing meal we just cooked. Whatever is that you love, I'm sure you've taken pictures of it. But photography has also allowed me to let my imagination free. And let myself be whoever I wanted to be, even if just for the camera. In pictures, I can be every version of me: the mom, the wife, the boss-bitch, or the crazy witch of the south.
It took a long time, dedication, soul searching, studying, and also, let's be honest, tears to be where I am today in my career, and now I know my role in this crazy weird world: to guide other people to feel free! To document life at its fullest! To be a photographer :) I want to bring joy to people, the same joy I feel when I scroll through the pictures of my family. I want to bring empowerment and bust people's self esteems, just like when I see some of my self-portraits. And we all need that sometimes. I can't wait to meet you and chat about what you love in life!

Education
I have a degree in Photography from UNISINOS, a university in Brazil.
I also have an advanced diploma in Film and TV Production from Loyalist College. Cinema is my other passion, my husband, Cody, and I also run a media production company together. You can check our website here.
Cody and Logan
You probably will notice a lot of these two around here. They are one of the biggest reasons why I believe that family pictures are extremely important to one's happiness. Documenting their love, capturing these tiny moments of immense joy, and revisiting those memories by looking at the pictures, make life worth it.
Self Portraits
This is me through the years, by my own eyes and imagination. Feel free to laugh, I sure do at most of them. Why am I embarrassing myself and showing some of these? To prove my point that it's okay to let yourself explore clashing versions of who you are, or want to be - even if just for a session.
